Over a decade ago Laura was living a very desirable lifestyle, as a finalist of a famous TV show ‘GERMANY'S NEXT TOP MODEL by Heidi Klum’ she was exposed to the fashion and beauty industry, a very exciting job and way of life between catwalks, photo-shoots and TV commercials flying all around the world.  Although exciting, her lifestyle was far from healthy, with a lot of jet legs, unhealthy food, stress, no rest.

A Horse-riding accident changed Laura’s life forever, with a broken spine and she was told that she might be paralyzed forever. She decided to step away from conventional medicine and was determined to heal her injury naturally. Using nutrition and yogic practices, Laura healed her spine and was back on her feet – fully recovered. This event reinforced Laura’s trust in the natural healing process and she decided to immerse herself completely in studying and understanding nutrition, spirituality, mind-body connection, and cellular rejuvenation.

 

In the last 10 years, Laura has been a successful health practitioner in various cities around Europe, Hong Kong, and the Middle East, completed her INN certification in health and nutrition, studied at the Institute for functional medicine, emerged herself in 200hr Traditional Tantric Hatha Yoga Teacher Training at The Practice in Bali, became a PEMF practitioner, studied 3 levels of sound healing, learned from various masters of deep healing and is a student of Sadhguru on her own spiritual life path.

Laura is currently translating her knowledge and experience through offering pre-designed online programs that focus on ultimate health using a powerful and wholesome combination of nutrition, cellular rejuvenation, and yoga practices. Having worked with 100s of clients, her approach is holistic and caters to everyone’s lifestyle needs.
