Pricing, Deposits, and Cancellation Policy:

Tuition Fee and Deposits:

Upon enrollment into our Personal Mentorship program, you are required to make a deposit equivalent to 50% of the total tuition fee. This deposit serves to reserve your spot in the program. The remaining balance of the tuition fee should be cleared no later than 14 days before the start of the training.

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

We understand that circumstances may arise that could necessitate the cancellation of your participation in the program. However, our refund policy is as follows:

 

• Cancellation more than 30 days before the start of the program: Should you cancel your participation more than 30 days before the program's start date, you will forfeit €700 of your deposit. The remaining balance will be refunded to you.

• Cancellation within 30 to 14 days before the start of the program: During this period, your deposit becomes non-refundable. However, any additional payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded to you.

• Cancellation within 14 days before the program starts, non-attendance, or discontinuation after the program has started: In these scenarios, both your deposit and the entire program tuition fee are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

Please understand that these policies are in place to ensure the feasibility of our programs and to maintain the quality of service we promise to our attendees. Your comprehension and cooperation are greatly appreciated.

 

Attendance and Late Arrivals:

All training hours must be completed. If you miss any, the missed hours need to be made up within a year from the program's start date. Failure to do so will either require you to retake the training at full price or forego certification.

 

Uninformed absence from a personal session (lack of 24 hours prior notice) will deem the session as 'completed but missed'. This implies that the session will still count towards your total personal sessions. If you need extra sessions due to missed meetings, you must arrange a private session with your coach at a cost of €250 for a 90-minute session.

 

Become Alive reserves the right to terminate the contract in the event of physically or verbally violent behavior towards the teachers.

 

Release & Waiver of Liability:

You acknowledge the physical nature of the Become Alive Personal Mentorship activities, and confirm that you are in good health and physical condition to partake. Any risks that may be associated with pregnancy must be discussed with an obstetrician before participation.

 

Image Consent:

By participating in any Become Alive program, you consent to images, photos, or videos that may be taken featuring you. You grant Become Alive, its affiliates and assigns, a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to reproduce these images for any purpose. If you prefer not to have your image used, please provide written notice at least 7 days before the start of your training.

 

Copyright:

All Become Alive Personal Mentorship materials are under copyright protection. They may not be reproduced without the author's permission, nor shared with third parties. Become Alive will enforce its copyrights within the law.

 

No person, other than an authorized representative of Become Alive, is authorized to vary, add, or waive any term or condition.

 

Refund Policy:

Enrolling in the Become Alive Personal Mentorship program represents a significant commitment of time and resources. We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise; however, we have to adhere to a strict refund policy due to the planning and resources involved in organizing these programs.

 

Upon paying for the program, please be aware that your enrolment fee is non-refundable. However, if unforeseen circumstances arise and you need to withdraw from the program, the following policy applies:

 

• If you cancel your enrolment more than 30 days before the start of the program, you will forfeit €700 of your deposit, and the remaining balance will be refunded to you.

• If you cancel your enrolment within 30 days, but no less than 14 days before the start of the program, your full deposit will be forfeited, but any additional amount paid towards the program tuition will be refunded.

• If you cancel your enrolment less than 14 days before the program starts, do not attend the program, or discontinue the program after it has started, both your deposit and the entire program tuition are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

In exceptional cases of serious illness or emergency, a request for a different arrangement can be considered at the discretion of Become Alive. Please reach out to us if you encounter such circumstances.

 

Confidentiality:

We value your privacy and respect confidentiality. Personal information that you provide during your enrolment and participation in the course will be kept strictly confidential. It will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

 

Dispute Resolution:

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to work towards a resolution through direct communication or mediation. Legal action should be a last resort and initiated only after all other avenues of dispute resolution have been exhausted.

 

Code of Conduct:

All participants in the Become Alive Personal Mentorship are expected to uphold the highest standards of professional and ethical conduct. This includes treating all teachers, staff, and fellow students with respect and dignity, refraining from discriminatory or harassing behavior, and demonstrating a commitment to the learning process by being punctual and engaged during all sessions.
